60U-D Dust Collector
The 60U dust collector is designed to provide suction to two 3” [7.6cm] work positions, simultaneously. Powered by a ball bearing, capacitor start, industrially rated suction motor, the 60U contains a suction capacity of 400 CFM (cubic feet/minute) [189m3/min.] or 200 CFM [94m3/min.] through each of two 3” [7.6cm] suction inlets provided. Dust and grindings are cleaned from the air intakes by 14 shakeable cloth filter bags which effectively entrap 0.5 micron particles and larger. Manufactured to fit under existing work benches or new installations, its compact size delivers central system suction power. Finished in a durable, baked coating. 101 AS
A newly designed Dust Collector with an automatic shaker. Handler manufactures three styles of their dust collectors with automatic shakers. These units function exactly as the standard dust collectors, but have the added feature of an automatic shaker with a lower collection tray. When the unit is turned off at the end of the dust collection cycle, the auto-shaker feature allows the collected dusts to settle for approximately one minute. The automatic shaker activates, shaking the accumulated dust from the filter bags into the lower cabinet tray. This unit is a must where daily maintenance cannot be performed by technical staff. The 30 shakeable cloth filter bags effectively entrap dust particles as small as 1/2 micron and larger. An internal, removable lower cabinet tray stores dusts and debris shaken from the filter bags. The 103 has a suction capacity of 1250 CFM (cubic feet/minute) [590m3/min.] through the four 3” [7.6cm] suction inlets provided. Single inlets of larger size up to 6” [15cm] in diameter may be specified. Standard voltage is 115 Volts/60 Hz. Unit also available in 230 Volts/60 Hz and 220/440 Volts/60 Hz, three phase.
