105 Dust Collector
 A 5 HP dust collector designed to provide suction for multiple stations. Powered by a ball bearing, industrial 5 HP - 220 Volts/60Hz, 3 phase suction motor, the 105 contains 375 square feet [34.8m2] of filter area. The 30 shakeable cloth filter bags collect particles as small as 1/2 microns and larger.
An internal, removable lower cabinet tray provides 5.5 cubic feet [156cm3] of storage for dust and debris shaken from the filter bags. With a suction capacity of 1800 CFM (cubic feet/minute) [850m3/min.], the 105AS may be supplied with various diameter inlets up to 7” [18cm] in diameter to serve the requirements of the dental or industrial user. 105AS Dust Collector
 A 5HP Dust Collector designed to provide suction to 8 – 16 work stations in the dental laboratory. Built with a powerful 5 HP 208-220/3 phase suction motor, the 105AS provides 1800 cfm of suction power. An Automatic Shaker is added to the unit which activates an auto-shaker assembly mounted to the side of the 105AS, when the unit is turned off. Dusts and debris are shaken, automatically, from the 30 filter bags and deposited into a large, removable hopper located under the Dust collector. This automatic feature allows the 105AS filter bags to be shaken regularly at the culmination of each use – saving much time, while keeping the unit clean without daily shaking effort. A must for the busy lab and those requiring regular maintenance.

60C Regular Polishing Unit
 The standard of the laboratory industry, the 60C polishing unit has been newly designed to provide better suction and longer life. Handler polishing units are a must for any laboratory where polishing is performed. The 60C contains two 7” wide x 10 1/2” deep x 14” high [18cm x 27cm x 36cm] pumice (polishing) hoods mounted on either side of a No. 26 1/4 HP, two speed, high base Red Wing polishing motor.

90D Polishing Unit
The 90D dust collector and polishing unit is designed to provide heavy duty suction capacity for the laboratory or industrial manufacturer polishing 4-8 hours per day. Its dual-vac suction system is powered by a 1/2 HP, 1725 rpm, ball bearing, capacitor start suction motor. The 90D develops 1000 CFM (cubic feet/minute) [472m3/min.] at a low static pressure for quiet operation. All 90 Series polishing units contain three 12” x 32” x 2” filters [30cm x 81cm x 5cm] (2304 cubic inches) [37.8m3] to effectively entrap 3-5 micron dust particles from wet pumicing or dry tripoli/rouge polishing and metal grinding. 90C Polishing Unit
 The 90C Polishing unit is identical to the 90D Unit, except it is supplied with a two speed No. 26 high base Red Wing 1725/3450 rom polishing motor. This unit is designed to provide 1000 CFM (cubic feet/min) suction capacity through the two large ever-brite aluminum hoods mounted on top of the work surface.
The two speed No. 26 Red Wing polishing motor will allow the technician to polish at a lower 1725 rpm speed to control polishing procedures, plus use the higher 3450 rpm for higher shine compounds. Each 90 polishing hood is provided with an aluminum insert pan for wet pumice or other polishing compounds.

75D Polishing Grinding Unit
 A professionally designed grinding and polishing unit built specifically for dry grinding operations such as grooving plaster models, dry polishing and dry model trimming. The 75D is powered by a 3/4 HP 3450 RPM suction motor which produces 600 CFM (cubic feet/minute) [283m3/min.] suction capacity.
This unit contains 24 shakeable cloth filter bags containing 62 sq. feet of filtering area. A No. 26 High Base, two speed, 1/4 HP polishing motor is mounted on the 32” wide x 24” deep [81cm x 61cm] tabletop. The Unit effectively entraps particles as small as 0.5 microns and larger particles. Dusts and grindings are shaken from cloth filter bags with the aid of foot shaker located on lower right side of cabinet. The 75D is a must for all laboratories. As with the 75D, collected dusts and debris are shaken from the filter bags and into a lower cabinet tray for collection and disposal into a waste container.
