Handler Model Trimmers are known the world over for quality, durability and affordability. Built of water grade aluminum, bronze and stainless steel, Handler Model Trimmers are offered in four different wheel sizes - 10”, 12”, 14” and 18”. All units are powered by industrially rated, ball bearing, capacitor start motors. These non-stalling features, along with easy access to cleaning and quick wheel change, provide a superior trimmer for your laboratory.

All 31 and 32 M.T.’s come complete for easy installation and operation.

All Handler Model Trimmers are priced with a carbo-dent reversible wheel, Diamond wheels and, other abrasives available.
32-3/4 model hi-torque model trimmer:
 A NEW Hi-Torque 12" diameter Model Trimmer powered by a 3/4 Horsepower, capacitor start, 1725 rpm, ball bearing motor. Designed for and built for the very busy laboratory who trims a large quantity
of models each day or the technician who wants maximum torque. A full wheel internal water spray washes the entire wheel as it rotates inside the aluminum housing, keeping the trimming wheel clean during operation. This rugged, Hi-torque trimmer is built to provide years of trouble free service.
32-3/4SV MODEL TRIMMER: Same Hi-Torque 12" Trimmer as above, with built in solenoid valve to turn water ON and OFF when the trimmer is activated.

31 Model Trimmer
 “The Professional” A 10” [25cm] diameter model trimmer powered by a full 1/3 HP ball bearing, capacitor start motor.
Features include a swing open front housing for ease of cleaning and wheel changing, internal gutter and “splines” to facilitate water runoff, full wheel radius water spray for efficient wheel cleaning, drain trough which completely surrounds the model tray to prevent water leakage, large 1” [2.5cm] diameter water exhaust, motor cover with removable top plastic utility tray.

32 Model Trimmer
 A 12” [30cm] diameter Trimmer designed for the laboratory who trims plaster and stone models on a daily basis. Powered by a FULL 1/2 HP ball bearing, capacitor start motor, the 32 features a larger frontal opening and additional SFM (Surface Feet per Minute) grinding capacity to trim models faster and easier.
The swing-open front housing with full wheel radius water spray, internal gutter and “splines” for water diversion, surrounding drip trough, motor curve with utility tray which are standard features on all Handler Trimmers, make this trimmer an excellent addition to the working laboratory. 3414 14” GEM STAR Model Trimmer
 Handler has created a heavy duty model trimmer for the busy dental laboratory. The GEM STAR is powered by a 3/4 HP ball bearing, capacitor start, industrially rated motor. It’s 14” diameter trimming wheel is housed in a polymer housing containing a large, full frontal trimming tray. A flexible arm lamp illuminates the entire surface of the model, while trimming. The additional surface feet per minute created by the 14” trimming wheel, provides a quick trimming surface for all types of gypsum models. The 14” abrasive disc is replaceable by unsnapping the front housing, removing the pressure sensitive coated abrasive disc, and replacing it with another disc. The size of the surface area of the abrasive disc assures longevity and a very fast trimming area. Shipped complete with solenoid valve.

3418 18” GEM STAR Model Trimmer
 Designed and built by Handler to allow the orthodontist or orthodontic laboratory to to trim ortho models in one step. The GEM STAR’S patented dual grit trimming wheel provides a two grit surface to gross trim models, and fine trim models on the same surface. Coarse trimming is quickly completed on the outer 1/2 of the abrasive wheel’s surface, and fine trimming is completed on the inner 1/2 diameter. The 18” GEM STAR is powered by a heavy duty, ball bearing, capacitor start motor. The unit is shipped complete with an adjustable orthodontic tray on the 90 degree surface and a solenoid water valve.
