The 77DC Dyna-Vac Dust Collection Unit is a powerful, centralized dust collector designed to serve three to four workstations simultaneously. Equipped with a 3/4 HP ball-bearing, capacitor-start, brushless motor, it delivers reliable suction performance for a wide range of polishing, grinding, and finishing operations.
This unit provides cost-effective dust extraction with advanced drum cartridge filter technology, capable of capturing dry dust particles as small as 0.5 microns for cleaner air and improved operator safety. Built from heavy-gauge steel and finished in a durable baked coating, the 77DC is built for long-term industrial use.
The blower system generates 600 CFM (cubic feet per minute) of suction through four 3″ (7.6 cm) inlet flanges—two mounted on each side of the cabinet. A factory-installed silencer minimizes operating noise, and the unit ships complete with a switch and box-type silencer for quick setup and use.
