Our new Flat Rate Repair Service, designed to make your life easier. Here’s how it works:

Step 1: Select Your Repair – Simply pick the item you need to be repaired.

Step 2: Checkout – Treat it like any online purchase: add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Please fill out all fields describing the issue in checkout. (Customer is responsible for inbound shipping and return shipping will be applied at checkout.)

Step 3: Confirmation and Instructions – Immediately after checkout, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details of your repair.

Enclose the item(s) to be repaired, a printout of your full order confirmation*, and send prepaid to:

NOTE: If your order includes both repair services and regular Handler products, please note that all items will be held and shipped together once the repair is completed.
Repairs can extend processing time, which may delay the shipment of any products included in the same order. All products MUST be CLEANED by order of OSHA prior to shipping or products will be sent back unrepaired.
Warranty repairs – If your item is confirmed to be covered by warranty you will be issued a full refund for repair service and shipping return. Shipping to our facility is not covered.

*Pricing does not include shipping to or from our facility. Customer is responsible for inbound shipping and return shipping will be applied at checkout. In the event that the wrong repair cost was charged/chosen you will be contacted by customer service. If you believe your product is under warranty CLICK HERE for more information. To avoid delays, please fill out ALL fields thoroughly during the checkout process. Please note that our repair service is exclusively for Handler products. If we receive an item that was not manufactured by Handler, it will not be serviced. We will contact you by phone or email to let you know and issue a refund. The repair refund will be issued minus the shipping cost if the item is being returned to you. If you prefer that we do not return the item and have it scrapped instead, we will issue a full refund, including both the repair and shipping charges.
