The Handler 60FC-1-TS is a high-performance polishing and grinding unit built for laboratories that require a larger, more versatile workspace. Designed for comfort and efficiency, its expanded lighted polishing hoods (11″ H × 18″ D × 14″ W) provide excellent visibility and allow technicians to work from either a seated or standing position.
Powered by a 1/3 HP suction motor, the 60FC-1-TS delivers 500 CFM (cubic feet per minute) of suction capacity for effective dust collection during dry polishing and grinding operations. Two drum cartridge filters provide nearly double the filter surface area of traditional fiberglass filters, capturing fine particles and helping maintain a cleaner, safer work environment. Filters are easy to remove, clean, and reinstall for continued performance.
The durable 3/4″ thick black phenolic resin work surface withstands the rigors of daily lab use, while the sturdy cabinet construction ensures long-lasting reliability. The unit comes complete with the two-speed Model 26 Red Wing high-base lathe and tapered spindles for use with a wide range of buffing wheels and accessories.
