75D-FC Polishing Grinding Unit
The Handler 75D-FC is a professional dry grinding and polishing unit engineered for efficient dust collection and superior performance in the lab environment. Designed for operations such as grooving plaster models, dry polishing, and model trimming, this unit combines durability, power, and advanced filtration in one compact system.
Powered by a 3/4 HP suction motor, the 75D-FC delivers 600 CFM (cubic feet per minute) of suction capacity to effectively capture dust, debris, and polishing compound. Two drum cartridge filters trap particles as small as 0.5 microns, helping maintain a cleaner, healthier workspace. The filters are easy to remove, clean, and reinstall for ongoing performance.
Two mounted aluminum polishing hoods (7″ W x 10-1/2″ D x 14″ H) help contain dust and debris while providing ample workspace for polishing and grinding. The unit comes complete with the two-speed Model 26 Red Wing high-base lathe, ensuring reliable, precise operation for a wide range of dry finishing applications.
